A new version of the aoplib4j is out. The library contains (only one) new aspect for transform a test assertion into a verify (see TransformAssertToVerifyForTests) and some other minor changes (see here).

aoplib4j version 0.0.3 is out !
A new version of the aoplib4j is out. Since the last version 2 types of aspects have been added :
- Aspects for applying some java policy enforcement rules (see PolicyEnforcementHowTo)
- Aspects for implementing modularity at the class and package level (see ModularityHowTo)
Beside the new version some other small changes happend :
- the project can be accessible through the aoplib4j.org domain
- the index page contains a link to the javadoc of the latest build.
- the index page contains a link the coverage reports of the latest build made by Cobertura
- the index page contains a link to some metrics about the project computed by ohloh.net
aoplib4j version 0.0.1 is out !
aoplib4j is an AOP library for Java. For instance it contains only 3 components:
- @FieldValidation is a annotation to be put on Java fields for validation.
- @RetryExecution is an annotation to be put on methods for handle the execution failure. If the annotated method throws a Java exception then it is possible to re-execute the method.
- Implementation of the Observer pattern using annotations
